SAP XI

SAP Exchange Infrastructure(XI) or PI(Process Integration ) are used to build seamless integration between SAP  and Non-SAP applications within organisation and outside organisation.

It can easily integrate with SAP products & components (RFC, IDOC, Proxy).

Which provides data security for any SAP product.

It consists the standards based - XML, XSD, Xpath etc

It can have ability to communicate with other messaging systems/products.

It manages the business Process Management

It provides Synchronous & Asynchronous communication .

It provides Complex processes for communication possible instead of only sending and receiving (business process management) (connect e.g. asynchronous and synchronous steps, define complex communication scenarios)

Mappings are possible to accomplish in Java. Platform independent Java components.

which ca be support Java & .Net support.

Big range of adapters for different technologies / tools available in standard or offered by other companies 

It processes functionalities inside XI to modify content in the communication channel on own defined rules for business purposes.

SAP Testing

SAP Testing is a one more interesting module in SAP , if you learn it ,you can get good opportunities in the market because it has less competition so that learn this course ,get job very soon.SAP Testing is used to test the all functionalities of SAP modules as per their configuration.

SAP modules implemented in an organization that can be tested using various testing tools like HP Quick Test Professional (QTP), IBM Rational Functional Tester (RFT), and SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization (TAO) tool.

That modules are related to:
Financial Modules

Human Resource Management
All these modules are inter related so that we must be ensure each and every function module .

Testing Team Types


There are normally two types of testers available in SAP projects :

Core Testers :They are responsible to perform basic testing of ERP system and modules.

Implementation Testers :They will work on implementation project and cover the customization functionalities of SAP modules.

SAP Basis

It is also one of the most demanded and very important modules in SAP . If you learn this modules ,you will get good opportunities in the market.This is System Administration side.The role of SAP basis Consultant.

SAP Business Intelligence means analyzing and reporting of data from different heterogeneous data sources.

A SAP Business Intelligence system can work as a target system for data transfer or source system for distribution of data to different BI targets.

Designing the data solution to satisfy defined business requirements

Roles of BW consultant

You have to identify the data in the source environment

You have to map the data to the BW environment

You have to identify data quality gaps

We will Develop a plan to close data quality gaps

You have to develop the required extraction programs, if necessary

Developing the associated interface programs, if necessary

Testing of all developed programs

Ensuring integration testing of data from various sources
